COMPANY PROFILE

Dalbit International Limited (Initialy Dalbit Petroleum Ltd.) has been operating in eight countries in sub-Saharan Africa , namely Kenya , Uganda , Rwanda , Tanzania , Burundi , Sudan , Congo and Zambia , for over six years since its commencement in 2002.  During this period we have grown from a small to medium sized company with a number of key clientsm, establishing a considerable presence in the region as one of the leading independent fuel companies.  We are signatories to the Kenya Petroleum Refinery Ltd (KPRL), as well as the Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) Transport and Storage Agreements, giving us direct access to the Mombasa refinery as well as the transport, storage and distribution facilities of the KPC.

Dalbit International ( Sudan ) limited is a privately owned company incorporated in Juba Southern Sudan under the new company act, 2003.The Company started her operations in southern Sudan in 2004, initially under the name of Dalbit petroleum Ltd until August 5, 2008 when the name was changed to Dalbit international Ltd in line with the Dalbit Group's regional restructuring strategy.

In 2004 the company built a bulk fuel storage facility in Rumbek for both JET A1 as well as Diesel, and in 2005 Dalbit international (Sudan) won the:

1. World Food Programme (WFP), open tender for Rumbek to supply JET A1 for their aeroplanes, for The UNMIS Rumbek operation (on behalf of Skylink).

2. Tender to supply both JET A1 and diesel in drums to WFP as well as the

3. Contract to supply USAID in Juba with drummed diesel.

In addition, the company has established a sizeable commercial, as well as Diesel markets throughout South Sudan .
