In 2004 Civicon and Dalbit combined to establish Dalbit International (Sudan) Ltd bringing the powerful elements, of trained operational site expertise and a huge transport arm to provide fuel for the emerging UN ground operation in South Sudan. Civicon, has been operating in support of the United Nations Humanitarian Community for over 17 years in the Horn of Africa as a civil engineering company, constructing roads, buildings and transporting material and food, as part of both an Agency and NGO programme,gaining an enviable reputation as a reliable ground breaking company with sound deliverable capacity.

The aim of our company has been to combine Civicon's logistical infrastructure, extensive local knowledge and operations expertise in Sudan with Dalbit International's fuel trading capabilities, with direct access to both KPRL and KPC to enable the company to offer an unparalleled, vertically integrated service for supply of either crude or refined product from the ex-Gulf states, as well as the drummed product all the way through to the end user in Southern Sudan.
